The closing date for applications is August 24th, 2008. Applicants will be informed of their status during the last week of August. Any team not accepted will have their cheques returned at this time. Any team canceling out of the tournament after August 24th, 2008 shall forfeit all fees to the Festitalia tournament.
Entry fee is $325.00 Cdn. + separate cheque for the performance bond of $100.00 Cdn. The entry fee + bond must accompany team's application. The performance bond will be returned approximately 14 days after completion of the tournament.
Only Competitive Registered Players are permitted to participate. Alternate Competitive Registered Team Players are permitted from a lesser team or a lower age group within the SAME CLUB, to a maximum of three players. 3 GUEST PLAYERS ONLY (permits required). You may only dress 18.
TRAVEL PERMITS: (compulsory) All teams travelling from outside the Hamilton & District Regional Soccer Association require this permit. Do not forget your signed "Permission to Travel" form, signed by your District Association. This form must be presented at registration. All teams must provide their own Medical and Liability Insurance coverage.
